In continuation of our earlier letter dated September 30, 2022 regarding Closure of Trading Window and in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of the Company and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, October 1, 2022 to Tuesday, November 8, 2022 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Company''s 7th Board Meeting of calendar year 2022, scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, inter-alia, to consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2022.
