Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 20 15 (the "LODR"), members are hereby informed that the Company has received approval letter No. LIST/COMP/YG/209/2022-23 dated July 1, 2022 from BSE Ltd. and letter No. MSE/LIST/ 2022/790 dated July 1, 2022 from MSEIL for reclassification of some of outgoing Promoter shareholder as Public shareholders in accordance with the Regulation 31A of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015.
