This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company have at their meeting held on 5th August, 2022, inter-alia, discussed and decided on the following: 1. Approved unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The results are enclosed herewith alongwith Limited Review Report by the statutory auditors. 2. Approved notice of 34th Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) to be held on Monday, 19th September, 2022 through video conferencing ('VC') / other audio visual means ('OAVM'). Notice of AGM alongwith annual report for F.Y. - 2021 - 22 will be sent to the shareholders at their email id registered with the Company. 3. Register of members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 13th September, 2022 to 19th September, 2022 ( both days inclusive ).
