In this regard enclosing the voting results (Remote e-voting and voting at AGM) as required under Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015. Further , we are enclosing the Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer on Remote e-voting and voting at the 27th Annual General Meeting.
