| Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 14th February, 2025, interalia, considered the following matters: a) Approved Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2024 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the said results. b) Appointment of Mr. Ajay Sonthalia as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 14th February, 2025. The Disclosure required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is annex herewith. | |
