With reference to the above mentioned subject, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 12, 2019 have Appointed of Mr. Ulrich Hambrecht (DIN: 01967154) as an Independent Additional Director of the Company. The brief profile of Mr. Ulrich Hambrecht is given below.<BR> Mr. Ulrich Hambrecht, is a German National, born in 1948. He is Master of Chemistry and Bachelor of Banking Science. He has more than 40 years of experience in the field of Textile Chemicals, Mergers and Acquisitions. He has served as CEO of CHT R. Beitlich GmbH, Germany for the period from 1979 to 2001 and CEO of Rudolf Chemie GmbH, Germany for the period from 2002 to 2010. At present he is serving to Rudolf Chemie GmBH as a Member of Advisory Board. He is Member of the Board of TEGEWA (an Association of textile auxiliary manufacturers) Germany. He is also a Non Executive Director of Rudolf Atul Chemicals Limited.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the note of the same.<BR> <BR>
