| Kirloskar Brothers Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 24, 2015 to June 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 29, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Rules made thereunder and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, the Company has fixed June 22, 2015, as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Members to cast their vote electronically for the business to be transacted at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The e-voting period commences on June 26, 2015 (9:00 am) and ends on June 28, 2015 (5:00 pm). | |
