Further to our intimation dated 5th November,2020 relating to re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay C. Kirloskar (DIN 0007885) as Managing Director of the Company, we hereby enclose Postal Ballot Notice dated November 26, 2020 along with Statement of Material facts ('Postal Ballot Notice'). <BR> <BR> The Postal Ballot Notice is being sent in electronic form only to all the members, whose names appear in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners from National Securities Depositories Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as on Friday, November 27, 2020 for seeking their approval for the said re-appointment. .<BR> <BR> The Company has engaged the services of NSDL for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to its members. E-voting period will commence from Sunday, November 29, 2020 9.00 am IST to Monday, December 28,2020 5.00 pm IST.<BR>
