Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; we wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 October 2020 has approved the grant of 1,30,000 Stock Options to eligible employees of the Company, in terms of ''KFIL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017''.
