| Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, read with circular dated 11 November 2024, issued by the SEBI, this is to inform you that the members of the Company through Postal Ballot Notice dated 10 February 2025, approved the appointment of Mr. Akshay Sahni, as an employee of the Company, who is relative of Mr. Atul Kirloskar, chairman of the Company, to hold office or place of profit in the Company, for the position of ''Chief Operating Officer'', with effect from 1 April 2025.
