As informed to you earlier vide our letter dated 08th day of February, 2024, the board has amongst other matters considered, approved and taken on record the transfer of 7600 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of Plastic Processors and Exporter Private Limited (Subsidiary of Bbigplas Poly Private Limited (BPPL) held by the Company to BPPL, subject to approval of same by the Board of Directors of BPPL at its meeting. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III and SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is annexed as Annexure 1.
