In terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons in securities of the company (insider trading code), The Trading Window for trading in securities of the company shall remain closed for company employees/directors/promoters and designated persons and connected persons in terms of SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations, 2015 from 01st October, 2025 upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025
