In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and in accordance with Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading and Code of Practice and procedure of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the "Trading window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons from the closure of business hours of Thursday, 28th March, 2024 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited and Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2024
