Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading ) Regulations 2015 as amended by the SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) amendment Regulations, 2018 & Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report the trading of securities of the company read with BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019; this is to inform you that the " Trading window" for dealing in securities of our company will be closed for "designated persons" and their immediate relatives w.e.f. 01 April, 2024. The trading window shall be opened after 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting, in which the financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated to you separately.
