To consider and adopt , the standalone audited financial results of the company for the year ended on March 31, 2024 along with limited review report. 2. To discuss any other matter with the permission of the chairperson. Further, we wish to inform you that, the trading window will continue to remain closed for company''s designated persons and their immediate relatives till 48 hours after the declaration of standalone audited financial results of the company for the year ended on March 31, 2024
