With reference to the above, it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the company for all the designated persons will remain closed from Monday, 1st July, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. The date of board meeting for consideration of the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 will be intimated separately in due course. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
