Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2023 (as amended) it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all the designated persons will remain closed from Tuesday, 1st April 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2025 will be intimated separately indue course. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
