Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Members of KPT Industries Limited have approved and declared a dividend, as recommended by the board, at 20% for the FY 2021-2022 i.e. Rs. 1/- (Rupees One Only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each, aggregating to Rs. 34.00 lakhs, in their Annual General Meeting held on Friday, the 12th August, 2022, at the Registered office of the Company situated at Gat no. 320, Mouje Agar, Tal.
