Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Members of KPT Industries Ltd., have approved and declared a dividend as recommended by the Board at 50% for the F.Y. 2023-2024 i.e. Rs. 2.50 (Rupees Two and Fifty Paise Only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 85.00 lakhs, in their Annual General Meeting held on Thursday the 08th August, 2024 at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Gat. No. 320 Tal Shirol, Dist. Kolhapur 416103.
