KREON FINNANCIAL SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. 2. Allotment of Equity shares against conversion of CCPS/Warrants. 3. To consider proposal for change of name of the Company Further, Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with Code of Conduct framed by the Company and in continuation to our letter dated 31st March 2022, the trading window was closed from April 01, 2022 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors.
