Pursuant oto Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today approved the appointed as Additional Directors desingated as Non-executive Independent Directors, subject to approval of member at the General Meeting. Details annexed herewith Mr.Subbarayan Ekambaram and Ms Hemamalini, cease to be the Directors of the Company upon completion of 2 consecutive terms of 5 years each at the closure of busines hours of 31st March 2024.
