| Krishana Fabrics Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016 to consider Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter / financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from May 20, 2016 till June 02, 2016 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on May 30, 2016 to the Stock Exchange/s (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from May 20, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
