Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 2. Any other business with the permission of Chair. Further, vide our letter dated December 29, 2022, we had intimated that the trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. We hereby inform you that the trading window shall remain closed until February 13, 2023, being 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022, as mentioned above.
