It is hereby informed that Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited ( ''Company"), has entered into a Share Subscription Agreement ("SSA") and Shareholders Agreement ("SHA") each dated 29.08.2022 with the existing promoter and certain other shareholders of M/s Spanv Medisearch Lifesciences Private Limited (Kingsway Hospitals, Nagpur) ("Target Company") to acquire 51% of the equity share capital of the Target Company
