Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their in the 8th Board Meeting held on today i.e. Thursday, November 13, 2025, commenced at 12:15 PM and concluded at 3:45 P.M, has inter alia, considered and approved the following agendas items: 1. the Unaudited Financial Results for the Half Year ended September 30, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report thereon: Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR, kindly find the enclosed herewith as Annexure-A the following: i) A copy of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. ii) Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company on the aforesaid Financial Results.
