DATE 2ND, 2019 WITH Respect to the "Clarification regarding trading restriction period" and Insider Trading Policy adopted by the Company ( as amended), it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of securities of the company will be closed for all Directors/Connected/Designated Parsons with immediate effect and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and three month sending 31th march 2024.
