Considered, approved &amp; taken on record the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on 30th September, 2025 along with Limited Review Report (As attached). 2. Considered, approved &amp; taken on record the Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended on 30th September, 2025 along with Limited Review Report (As attached). The Meeting was concluded at 3.40 PM.
