| LADDERUP FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 26th May, 2022 to consider inter-alia the following business- 1. To approve and adopt Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022 and 2. To consider any other business with the permission of Chair. Further, in continuation of our letter dated 28th March, 2022, regarding closure of Trading Window, we would like to re-iterate that in accordance with the Company''s 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges. | |
