| This is to inform you that the Trading Window Closure Period of the Company will be from Wednesday the 1st October 2025 to Thursday the 13th November 2025 (both days inclusive) ie. from the Quarter ended 30th September, 2025 till 48 hours on declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th September 2025 at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 11th November 2025. The Trading Window shall open for trading from 14th November, 2025. | |
