| This is to inform you that the 112th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Friday, the 09th September 2022 at 10.20 A.M via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), to transact the businesses mentioned in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 12th August, 2022. The e-voting facility was opened from 06.09.2022 (9.00 am) to 08.09.2022 (5.00 pm). The Company had also provided facility for e - voting for the shareholders present at the meeting and who had not cast their vote through remote e- voting. All the items of businesses as mentioned in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting have been transacted and based on the report of the Scrutiniser Sri B. Krishnamoorthi, Chartered Accountant, Coimbatore, Sri S. Pathy, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company declared the results at the Registered Office of the Company on 10.09.2022.
