We refer to your e-mail dated 06.04.2024 with respect to the delay in submission of Proceedings of the 113th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on September 21, 2023. We would like to submit that due to the short business hours available there was an inadvertent delay in submission of proceedings of Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 21.09.2023. The Company had submitted the proceedings of AGM within 24 hours instead of 12 hours. We enclosing the copy of the earlier submission of Proceedings of Annual General Meeting of the Company, filed with BSE.
