The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, 5th October, 2023 had inter-alia considered and approved the following; Further to our intimation under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 dated 5th September, 2023, this is to inform that the resignation of Mrs.Priyadarshini V from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company submitted vide her letter dated 5th September 2023 has been accepted by the Board of Directors with effect from the close of business hours of 5th October 2023. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, which was already submitted along with our intimation letter dated 5th September, 2023, are given once again in the enclosed Annexure I.
