Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of Companies Act 2013, we hereby inform that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 16th December, 2020 to Tuesday, 22nd December, 2020 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 22nd December, 2020.<BR> The Company has fixed Tuesday, 15th December, 2020 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on all resolutions set out in the Notice.<BR> The Company will provide to its members the facility to cast their vote(s) on all resolutions set out in the Notice by electronic means (''e-voting''). The e-voting will commence from Saturday 19th December, 2020 at 9.00 am and end on Monday 21st December, 2020, at 5.00 pm.
