We wish to inform you that the 25th AGM of the Company will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conference (VC) or other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Details and instructions to attend, vote and view the proceedings of the 25th AGM will be provided in the AGM Notice. <BR> <BR> Final dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 4, 2021, if approved at the ensuing AGM on July 17, 2021, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM. A member, whose name is recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the record date of Friday, July 02, 2021, shall be entitled for the final dividend.
