Lehar Footwears Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve following business: 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024; 2. To discuss the recommendation of Final Dividend to the shareholders of the Company, if any; 3. To consider and approve the re-appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25; 4. To consider and approve the appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25; 5. Other matters as per agenda of the Notice. Further, the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares is already closed w.e.f. April 01, 2024 and will reopen after 48 hours from declaration of the Financial Results of the Company.
