Pursuant to code of conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders of the company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, We hereby inform you that trading window for the purpose of trading in Securities of the company shall remain closed for all the insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, from Monday the 1st day of April, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2024.
