This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 07, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023.
Further, in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons ("Code") and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with NSE Circular number NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees including their immediate relatives from Monday, January 01, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2023.
