Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated January 18, 2024 wherein we had intimated that the operations of the Plant situated at Mysore were partially affected due to stoppage of production in view of the one day strike announced by the Employees'' Union on February 01, 2024. The details / disclosures required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are disclosed in the attached intimation .
