Dear Sir/Madam, This is in reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 ("Circular") in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosure compliance thereof by the Large Corporates. The Company hereby confirms that it is not falling under the criteria as prescribed for Large Corporates (LC) as per the aforesaid circular for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. Hence, the requirement for filing the Initial Disclosure and Annual Disclosure as mentioned in the above-mentioned circular is not applicable. You are requested to take the same on record and oblige.
