We wish to inform you that Libord Brokerage Private Limited (LBPL) has ceased to be an Associate Company of Libord Finance Limited (LFL) during the Financial year 2024-25 as per the details given in the attached letter. Accordingly, the Share of Profit or (Loss) of LBPL shall not be considered for consolidation in the financial statements of the Company from the quarter ending June 30, 2024.
