Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the Company''s shares by the Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives will be closed from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023. Accordingly, all connected persons, designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window
