This is with reference to the captioned subject, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., 06th August, 2025, after deliberate discussions has, inter alia, considered and approved the following matter:
1. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025 along with Limited Review Report.
It is hereby informed that the Board has considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Statements for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report furnished by the Auditor.
In this respect, we are hereby attaching herewith the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company, and Limited Review Report thereon for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025.
