This is to inform that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and as per the terms of "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the Company''s shares will remain closed from Thursday, April 1, 2021 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2021 for specified/designated persons as defined in the Code. The same has been informed to the Directors and Designated employees of the Company.
