1. Considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the September quarter and half yearly ended on 30th September 2025 along with the Limited Review Report thereon as received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company [M/s. Bhakoo & co., Practicing Chartered Accountants, Ludhiana]
2. Intimation of demise of Mr. Rakesh Sethi (DIN:09650924), Director of the Company.
3.To approve the resignation of independent director Mr. Bartlomiej Zbigniew Szczudlowski (DIN: 10708621)
4.Change of name of the company and consequential amendment to Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company.
5. Approval for investment in equity shares of Robochef Agritech Private Limited.
