With reference to the earlier letter dated December 04, 2014, wherein the Company have informed about the proposed Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company, to be held on January 03, 2015 to consider various matters, Luminaries Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has decided to Postpone the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company until further notice. The Company will intimate new date in due course.
