| We wish to inform that the Members at the 12th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held on Monday, 30th September 2024 have approved the re-appointment of M/s KRA & CO., Chartered Accountants (FRN 020266N), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office for five years i.e. from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2029. The details of re-appointment of auditors as required under Regulation 30 Read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are annexed herewith as Annexure-1.
