To fix the date and time of the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 and to approve the notice thereof; 4. To fix the dates of Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Book for the purpose of the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company; 5.
