Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Schedule III of Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 28, 2025 on recommendation of Audit Committee, has appointed M/s Moore Singhi Advisors LLP, as Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 and 2025-26.
