This letter is to formally withdraw the request for reclassification of Mrs. Sakshi Jain and Mrs. Amruta Avinash Dere, from the "Promoter/Promoter Group" category to the "Public" category, as initially communicated to the BSE Limited on 25/07/2025. Mrs. Sakshi Jain and Mrs. Amruta Avinash Dere, had previously submitted a request for reclassification, citing reduced shareholding, lack of control. However, after careful consideration and review of the implications, Mrs. Sakshi Jain and Mrs. Amruta Avinash Dere have decided to withdraw the said request. In furtherance of the same, we would like to inform that the Company has today received a Request dated August 13, 2025, from the above members intimating their decision to withdraw the request for Reclassification as the "Public" shareholder of the Company.
