This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e. on 28th October, 2025, have inter-alia, approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and Half-Year ended 30th September, 2025 (Copies of Unaudited Standalone and consolidated Financial Results adopted and approved by the Board of Directors are enclosed herewith along with Auditors Limited Review Report) The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 03.30 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 04.55 p.m. (IST).
